How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Your order will be prepared within 2-3 business days, then delivered to your address within an average of 10-15 business days. The total time may vary depending on the region and shipping intensity.
How much is the shipping fee?
Shipping is free for all orders within Turkey. A flat shipping fee of 400 TL is applied to international orders.
How can I track my order?
When your order is shipped, your tracking number will be shared via WhatsApp or email. You can track your shipment using this number on the courier company's website.
Can I return it?
Yes. You can return the product unused and complete within 14 days of receiving it, no questions asked. For details, please refer to our Return Policy.

Can I change my order after placing it?
If the order has not yet been prepared and shipped, we can make changes. Contact us via our WhatsApp line as soon as possible.
What are the payment options?
You can pay on our website using credit or debit cards via our secure payment infrastructure. Your card information is not stored by us.
How do I know if my order has been confirmed?
Once your payment is approved, you will receive an order confirmation. If you do not receive a confirmation, you can contact us via WhatsApp.
What should I do if I receive the wrong product or a missing part?
If your product arrived incomplete or faulty, please contact us with photos as soon as possible after delivery. We provide free exchanges or returns.

Are lightsabers suitable for a duel?
Yes. The blades are made of durable polycarbonate for illuminated dueling and training. Avoiding excessively hard impacts extends product life.
How many colors and sound effects are there?
Each lightsaber can switch between 16 different colors; it features power-on, power-off, clash sounds, rapid flash, and silent mode.
How is it charged and what's in the box?
It is charged with the USB cable included in the box. The box contains the hilt, blade, USB cable, wrench, 2 accessories, and user manual.
